Mission statement:

We are a member-based not-for-profit group of accredited investors seeking to invest in early-stage start-ups. Our members consist of accredited investors with a broad range of professional experience and business success. Through our financial support and mentorship, several of our portfolio companies have achieved successful exits.

Angel One Network Inc. is a leading member-based, not-for-profit organization in Southern Ontario, bringing together high-net-worth investors with a deep interest in the regions of Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, and surrounding areas. Our primary mission is to connect these investors with quality companies seeking capital, fostering a thriving ecosystem of growth and innovation.

Our approach

Each year, Angel One presents 20-30 carefully selected companies to our members, offering a diverse portfolio of investment opportunities. We focus on creating a symbiotic relationship between savvy investors and promising entrepreneurs, driving mutual success and regional economic development.

Expanding networks & reducing risk

Our expansive network not only connects like-minded individuals but also strategically reduces investment risks through syndication. This collective approach diversifies investments and maximizes their impact, benefiting investors and the businesses they support.

Support & growth

Membership fees, sponsorships, and government funding sustain Angel One’s activities. This support is essential to our operations, allowing us to continue fostering a vibrant investment community and contributing to the economic growth of Southern Ontario.
